George Guido, Managing Partner

Determined. Robust. Generous.

George has practiced in the area of family law for the past 10 years including: divorce, paternities, child custody and parenting time issues, child support modifications, adoptions, and guardianships. He is also the general counsel for Fort Wayne Fire Department Union, IAFF Local 124, and handles issues dealing with union and municipal law related matters.

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, George relocated to Fort Wayne as a teenager and has lived here ever since. He earned his B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Business and Philosophy from Indiana University and completed his J.D. at The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Philosophy played an important role in his education and how he practices law, “Philosophy is the framework of our thoughts and perspectives. It exposes our strengths and weaknesses.”

What brings George to the office every day are the people he works with—clients and co-workers alike. He enjoys the “human” aspect of his work and looks forward to helping as many people as possible in as many ways as possible. There is no such thing as “business hours” for George.  The future expansion and growth of the firm and its involvement in the community is a daily priority for him.

Outside of work George is part of a vast array of organizations: the Building Contractor’s Association, the Allen County Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. In his free time, he runs, travels, and reads. Cross-fit and ultra-marathons have become his favorite hobbies and provide a way for him to de-stress and clear his mind.

David Pricer, Associate Attorney

Curious. Intrepid. Principled.

David has practiced law at Graly & Guido since 2016. His areas of work include family law, appellate work, estate planning, and public employment law. Prior to joining the firm, David served as the Law Clerk for the Allen Circuit Court and was in solo-practice.

David is originally from Annapolis, Maryland.  David was drawn to the Fort Wayne community after attending Ohio State University, where he met his (future) wife, and lifelong area resident, Tresa.  In 2010, David graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio State, receiving the prestigious Busey and Humanities Student of the Year awards.  David went on to receive his J.D. from Ohio Northern University where, among his many accolades, he was honored with the merit based Barrister Scholarship.  He is a valuable asset in the office and shows off his astounding legal writing skills on a daily basis.

For David, his commitment to his legal practice and the firm arises primarily from the daily opportunity to professionally assist clients to navigate and seek reasonable solutions for what generally constitutes unfamiliar, life altering dilemmas.  David has made clear that this personal resolve is only made stronger as a member of an equally committed, dynamic, and talented firm team: “I am constantly challenged and humbled by the talent and selfless dedication of my co-workers.  They care.  They take our client’s problems on as their own -- relentless in advancing their interests.  They make me a better attorney, what’s more, they make me a better person.”  David is excited for his future challenges, including as relates his estate and appellate practice, and to see his future role in the firm expand.

David is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and American Bar Association.  Outside of his legal practice, David is a dedicated husband and father to his 10-year old son, Atticus, and his 2-year old daughter, Aveline.  Despite his legal concentration, history remains among David’s favorite continuing intellectual pursuits.  In his spare time, David enjoys traveling with his family (especially to historical sites), hiking in the Blue Ridge, bicycling the River Greenway, and watching his beloved University of Maryland Terrapins and Boston Red Sox compete on the court and on the field.

As she progresses, she is looking forward to expanding her network and improving her personal and professional relationships in the community.

She is excited about growing her friendships within the office and positively impacting as many lives as possible moving forward.

Tiffany Farmer, Legal Administrator

Loyal. Receptive. Compassionate.

Tiffany has worked at the firm since 2014. Her responsibilities include: preparing legal documents and transcribing for George, interacting with clients by phone and in-person, various accounting tasks, assisting and maintaining administrative information, formulating marketing and advertising strategy, and communicating with courthouse administrators.

Born in Anderson, South Carolina, Tiffany moved to Fort Wayne when she was six years old. She graduated from Purdue University where she studied English, Comparative Literature, and Spanish. Literature was her favorite subject because “it allows readers to peek into the past through another person’s eyes using the English language.”

The office is a second home for Tiffany, and she truly enjoys her job. “I can honestly say that I genuinely love what I do. I love coming to work every day and seeing my co-workers.” In addition to loving the office, she looks forward to helping all of the clients reach their goals with our team. For the future, she is looking forward to the different ways the company will grow and all of the people the office will help.

In her free time, Tiffany volunteers at the Allen County Public Library and spends time with her wife. She also loves to run, read, and spend time with her two beautiful dogs. If she isn’t spoiling them with treats, she’s taking them on long hikes.

Tara Eisenhut-Whitman, Accountant

Focused. Grounded. Dedicated.

Tara has worked at the firm since 2000. Her responsibilities include: billing, payroll, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and handling tax matters.

Tara grew up and lives in Huntington, Indiana. She received her degree in accounting from Indiana Institute of Technology. Accounting classes were her favorite because she loves that numbers never lie.

She looks forward to coming to work every day and facing new challenges, of which Dan and George give her plenty. “Every day presents a new challenge, and I’m always excited to take them on.” Tara believes there is plenty of room for growth and diversity for the office in Fort Wayne and is excited to see what the future brings for the city.

Away from work she spends time with her family and children. Her two sons are ages 23 and 20, and her step children are 30, 27, 24, and 20. When she’s not doing things with family, she is out running for fun, helping with events at her church, or adopting Weimaraners.

Michael has worked at the firm since 2018. His responsibilities include: developing brand, creating connections, supporting and mentoring the team, and cultivating client relationships.

Michael was born and raised in Ligonier, Indiana. He attended Tri-State University and received his B.S. in Mathematics Education before heading to Purdue University where he earned his M.S. in Mathematics. Calculus became Michael’s favorite subject because he enjoyed “discovering the many problems that could be solved using calculus.”

As the Culture Focus Officer, Michael adds value to the lives of each member of our team. That added value could be in the form of solving a complicated internal problem, a word of encouragement, or an ear to listen to frustrations. Whatever the team needs may be, Michael is there to help. He is looking forward to seeing the individual growth of all the members of the firm.

Outside of the office Michael is a father of three. His sons, Derek and Jack, are 47 and 38, respectively, while his daughter, Sarah, is 45. He has eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He likes to build relationships outside of work that will help benefit individuals, as well as organizations, and that helps him stay involved in the community. He is directly involved with Business Network International and is the director consultant for the Northeast Indiana franchise. In his free time, Michael takes on projects around his property and travels and explores new areas with his wife Dixie.

Micah Madaras,
Receptionist/ Client Concierge

Proactive. Understanding. Responsive.

Micah started with the firm in 2019 as our Receptionist and Client Concierge. Her outgoing nature makes her the perfect fit for being the first point of contact with clients, but she can also be found distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and greeting guests.

Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Micah now lives in Fort Wayne and is attending Indiana University—Fort Wayne School of Nursing. Her favorite topics to study are Anatomy and Psychology and how they complement each other. The challenge of understanding these concepts is what drives her to learn more.

Micah enjoys coming to the office every day to build relationships with other members of the office and clients. Getting to know people, assist them, and learn about their lives is part of what drives her and inspires her to go to nursing school. She is looking forward to establishing relationships with clients and helping as many people as possible along the way.

When she is not at the office, she enjoys reading and playing with her daughter. She also takes interest in refinishing furniture and woodworking projects with her boyfriend, Lee.

Rodulfo Jose “RJ” R. Martinez,
Legal Intern

Driven. Adventurous. Optimistic.

RJ has worked at the firm since 2018 when he was hired as a legal intern. In his position, his duties include: reviewing cases, conducting legal research, preparing drafts of pleadings, and memoranda for legal client matters.

A native of Cebu City in the Philippines, RJ moved to the United States in 2017 with his wife. Prior to moving, RJ was licensed and practiced law in the Philippines. He is currently completing his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law where he is in his final year. His favorite topic to study is evidence, since he has always been fascinated with litigation and how to position a case for success.

The office is a place where RJ can practice everything he has learned and bring his worldly perspective. “Every day at work is a learning experience for me. I love learning about the law and applying it in practical ways to help our clients.” He is looking forward to the firm’s progress and growth into other legal areas so that more people can receive and benefit from our legal services.

Outside of work, RJ is involved in a growing Fort Wayne Filipino community. His free time is spent traveling the country and the world with his wife. They have an active travel location list and dream of visiting all 50 states and their favorite places around the world.
