George Guido, Managing Partner

Determined. Generous. Relentless.

George has practiced in the area of family law for the past 12 years including: divorce, paternities, child custody and parenting time, child support modifications, adoptions, and guardianships. He is also the general counsel for Fort Wayne Fire Department Union, IAFF Local 124, and handles issues dealing with union and municipal law related matters.

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, George relocated to Fort Wayne as a teenager and has lived here ever since. He earned his B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Business and Philosophy from Indiana University and completed his J.D. at The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Philosophy played an important role in his education and how he practices law, “Philosophy is the framework of our thoughts and perspectives. It exposes our strengths and weaknesses.”

What brings George to the office every day are the people he works with—clients and co-workers alike. He enjoys the “human” aspect of his work and looks forward to helping as many people as possible in as many ways as possible. When approaching family law, George works to focus on positive outcomes, specifically, he believes "We often make the mistake in believing domestic relations litigation is a matter of 'Us' versus 'Them', because in family law, winning often comes at another expense, oftentimes, a child." A positive outcome should include one that is good for children too.

There is no such thing as “business hours” for George.  The future expansion and growth of the firm and its involvement in the community is a daily priority for him. Outside of work George is part of a vast array of organizations: the Building Contractor’s Association, the Allen County and Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. In his free time, he runs, travels, reads, and spends time with his wife, son, and daughter. Cross-fit and ultra-marathons have become his favorite hobbies and provide a way for him to de-stress, clear his mind, and remind himself that we are capable of achieving anything we set our minds on.

Allison Brown, Paralegal

Honest. Energetic. Motivated.

Allison has worked at the firm since 1999 when she started working with Daniel M. Graly. Her responsibilities include: case management, client interaction, hearing preparation, preparation of pleadings, discovery, and correspondence relating to dissolution, post-dissolution, and paternities.

Allison is originally from Fort Wayne and has lived in the Churubusco-Columbia City area most of her life. She graduated from Churubusco High School and University of Northwestern Ohio before returning to Fort Wayne to work as a paralegal in the family law area. She has over 20 years of experience working with many esteemed family law practitioners. Allison has always had an interest in law, and law classes were her favorite college courses as she found them to be the most interesting.

Knowing she can make a positive impact on clients’ lives and helping them when they need it most brings Allison back to the office every day (along with Pint & Slice pizza). She is excited about growing her friendships within the office and positively impacting as many lives as possible moving forward.

When she’s not in the office, Allison and her husband are busy with their three boys.  She is an avid runner and prefers running ultra-marathons.

Matthew joined the firm in 2019.  As Business Manager, his responsibilities include evaluating and managing the Firm’s operating and information systems; assisting the Accountant in overseeing the Firm’s financial functions; assisting in the marketing of the Firm’s legal services and client development activities.

Matthew Robinson, Business Manager
Ambitious. Adventurous. Articulate.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, he moved to Fort Wayne in 2015. He pursued his undergraduate degree, in pre-law, at Indiana Institute of Technology and captained their varsity soccer team. His favorite subject was philosophy, as it challenges your nature of knowledge, reality, and existence.

“I love working in a field that is ever-changing and fluid, every day is different, and provides an opportunity to build a new relationship and help navigate a client through unchartered waters. It brings me a sense of worth knowing that we help people repair and rebuild their lives.”

Matthew is currently enrolled at Purdue Fort Wayne pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration. This will allow him to grow within the firm moving toward a more operational and firm administrative role. He is currently managing the implementation of a new time, billing, and accounting software for the firm.

Away from the office, he spends his time with his friends, making the most of all Fort Wayne has to offer. You can find him at the gym, on the soccer field, golf course, or JK O’Donnell’s. Whatever the weather permits!

Micah Madaras,
Receptionist/ Client Concierge

Proactive. Understanding. Responsive.

Micah started with the firm in 2019 as our Receptionist and Client Concierge. Her outgoing nature makes her the perfect fit for being the first point of contact with clients, but she can also be found distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and greeting guests.

Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Micah now lives in Fort Wayne and is attending Indiana University—Fort Wayne School of Nursing. Her favorite topics to study are Anatomy and Psychology and how they complement each other. The challenge of understanding these concepts is what drives her to learn more.

Micah enjoys coming to the office every day to build relationships with other members of the office and clients. Getting to know people, assist them, and learn about their lives is part of what drives her and inspires her to go to nursing school. She is looking forward to establishing relationships with clients and helping as many people as possible along the way.

When she is not at the office, she enjoys reading and playing with her daughter. She also takes interest in refinishing furniture and woodworking projects with her fiance, Lee.

Tara Eisenhut-Whitman, Accountant

Focused. Grounded. Dedicated.

Tara has worked at the firm since 2000. Her responsibilities include: billing, payroll, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and handling tax matters.

Tara grew up and lives in Huntington, Indiana. She received her degree in accounting from Indiana Institute of Technology. Accounting classes were her favorite because she loves that numbers never lie.

She looks forward to coming to work every day and facing new challenges, of which George gives her plenty. “Every day presents a new challenge, and I’m always excited to take them on.” Tara believes there is plenty of room for growth and diversity for the office in Fort Wayne and is excited to see what the future brings for the city.

Away from work she spends time with her family and children. Her two sons are ages 23 and 20, and her step children are 30, 27, 24, and 20. When she’s not doing things with family, she is out running for fun, helping with events at her church, or adopting Weimaraners.

Garrett Summers, Legal Assistant
Truth. Honor. Integrity.

Garrett started with the firm in 2020. Being a legal assistant, his responsibilities are legal administration, legal preparation, file and document organization and maintenance, and client intake.

Garrett grew up in Marion, Indiana. His undergraduate degree is a B.S.P.A. in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University. His freshman year, a business law class inspired him to change majors from business and pursue a career in law. Since then, his favorite subject of study has been legal history, because it helps us understand the context of why laws were created so that we have a better understanding of how to apply them to today. He looks forward to working with an ambitious and growing firm that holds ethics and client service above all else.

Being able to help families navigate sensitive issues keeps him coming back to the office every day. Garrett is a product of the family court system himself and, therefore feels fortunate to wake up every morning knowing he can make an impact in people’s lives.

When Garrett is not at work, he enjoys exercising, training martial arts, and volunteering for political advocacy groups.
